All of our classes are geared to increase balance, core stabilization,
coordination, and timing.
This is extremely important to any workout. Without the corrective movement of the above, your body is less susceptible to receiving even the most efficient training.
Stand on your right leg, lift your left leg at 90° angle, count how long you can balance with
your eyes closed... then repeat on the other side.
Studies show the average 53-year-old woman should be able to balance
on one leg with her eyes closed for 15 seconds.

Balance & Movement Training
Will help you increase your coordination and stability allowing you to improve your overall standing balance and balance while in motion.
