Pilates
(Body Sculpt)

A Pilates-based class incorporating, mat Pilates, standing Pilates, Bands, and lightweights. This class emphasis strength, core stability, balance, and flexibility. This program has the best of all our fitness classes...it's a must for all to try

U4F HITT (Bodyweight)

This Bodyweight H.I.T.T no equipment needed

will use your own bodyweight to get the most out of your workout.

 High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT for short) the fastest way to burn fat and get the lean. In this 30 min HIIT workout you will build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout.

Triple Fit
(Body Sculpt)

Triple Fit (Body sculpting) is a muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strengthening , Arm sculpting, & Glut sculpting exercises. Most sculpting classes use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets.  (For All Levels Modifiable)

 Piloxing SSP

PILOXING SSP is a high-energy interval workout that uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates. These techniques are also supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Add to that fun dance moves and you have a workout that will tone muscle, burn fat and empower you both physically and mentally.

 Piloxing Knockout

Knockout is 30 minutes of plyometrics (using your body as a weight and springboard), conditioning drills, and functional training. You’ll go from floor to standing to the air, and back around again, in a workout that pushes your body to its limits. It doesn’t matter if your limits are a little narrow when you start, you will increase them drastically over time with this boundary-pushing and results-oriented program. It’s the challenging workout that meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go, bringing you some sore, but very strong muscles along the way.

Suitable for all levels.  Hatha Yoga is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body

This H.I.T.T  class will incorporate some form of weights like a kettlebell or dumbbell with each exercise.

Abs Straight Up

A Standing Abs Workout, designed exclusively by Lauren, so you can strengthen your Core, Flexibility and Stability, while doing all movements in a standing position. This 30-minute Standing Abs class will combine different Ab exercises and techniques, allowing less stress on the neck and back.

Zumba® Toning

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba®Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs, and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.

The Mix by Piloxing

THE MIX by PILOXING® was born in response to a growing interest in commercial dance, fueled by popular shows like “So You Think You Can Dance”.

These shifts make for a well rounded, low impact, interval training BARRE program.

Cardio KickBoxing

Is the perfect way to get in shape and shed some unwanted pounds all year long.  This high energy class is a great way to get fit and tone while having fun at the same time. Cardio Kickboxing is an aerobic form of exercise that helps strengthen and condition your body.  It provides health benefits such as reduced body fat, increased flexibility and improved balance while helping to build body strength.

The Zumba® Kids and Zumba® Kids Jr. program is the ultimate

dance fitness party for young Zumba® fans ages 3-6 and 7-11. 

It’s where they can play it loud and rock with friends to their own, and learn

some new moves, while having a blast!

That's why it is the perfect solution for a Kids Birthday, it’s a dance party that is

kicked up a notch and still age appropriate.

They will be having so much fun they won’t even know they’re exercising while our Licensed Instructor(s) will teach the kids dances to some of their favorite

songs that are easy to learn but still fun!

Choose to hold the birthday at our Studio, and your kids Birthday party is sure to be the Ultimate Party to remember!
