Pilates
(Body Sculpt)

A Pilates-based class incorporating, mat Pilates, standing Pilates, Bands, and lightweights. This class emphasis strength, core stability, balance, and flexibility. This program has the best of all our fitness classes...it's a must for all to try

U4F HITT (Bodyweight)

This Bodyweight H.I.T.T no equipment needed

will use your own bodyweight to get the most out of your workout.

 High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT for short) the fastest way to burn fat and get the lean. In this 30 min HIIT workout you will build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout.

Triple Fit
(Body Sculpt)

Triple Fit (Body sculpting) is a muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strengthening , Arm sculpting, & Glut sculpting exercises. Most sculpting classes use body weight exercises, weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets.  (For All Levels Modifiable)

Zumba® Toning

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba®Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). Learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all the target zones, including arms, abs, and thighs. The Mix by Piloxing

THE MIX by PILOXING® was born in response to a growing interest in commercial dance, fueled by popular shows like “So You Think You Can Dance”.

Plioxing Barre leads to achieving better body balance, initiating deeper muscle engagement for stronger, healthier joints. The muscles will SAFELY burn and shake through lengthening Pilates influenced exercises and then focus on your HEART with a cardiovascular boxing push. These shifts make for a well rounded, low impact, interval training BARRE program.

H.I.I.T Kick FIT

Is the perfect way to get in shape and shed some unwanted pounds all year long.  This high energy class is a great way to get fit and tone while having fun at the same time. HIIT KICK FIT is a HIIT class that incorporates, Cardio Kickboxing, bodyweight conditioning and strength training.  It provides health benefits such as reduced body fat, increased flexibility and improved balance while helping to build body strength.

Suitable for all levels.  Hatha Yoga is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body

This H.I.T.T  class will incorporate some form of weights like a kettlebell or dumbbell with each exercise.

ASU
Abs Straight Up

A Standing Abs Workout, designed exclusively by Lauren, so you can strengthen your Core, Flexibility and Stability, while doing all movements in a standing position. This 30-minute Standing Abs class will combine different Ab exercises and techniques, allowing less stress on the neck and back.

Zumba®

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit, and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy to do, effective, and totally exhilarating.

 Piloxing SSP

PILOXING SSP is a high-energy interval workout that uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates. These techniques are also supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Add to that fun dance moves and you have a workout that will tone muscle, burn fat and empower you both physically and mentally.

LaBlast

LaBlast® Fitness, created by Emmy-nominated choreographer & DWTS pro, Louis van Amstel, is a dance fitness program based on all of the ballroom dances you see on Dancing with the Stars. It is partner-free, includes all components of fitness, and uses music from every era & genre.

Louis’ well-known saying is ‘if you can clap it, you can dance it’, and the LaBlast program is modeled exactly after that.  Clapping the timing of the dance is the first step in understanding the rhythms and being able to execute them correctly. From there, you choose your own intensity by adding optional plyometric movements, light weights, heavy weights, or simply keeping your workout low impact.  This is a program that is truly for every BODY at any stage of your fitness journey.
